Job summary

Ambition seeks a Regional Commercial Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for key regional client accounts in Asia-Pacific. You will partner with internal leadership and external client stakeholders, driving profitability through pricing reviews and contract changes.

You will coach a small regional finance team, support governance and strong financial controls, and travel 10–15% to meet clients and sites. A seasoned, multi-country finance leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a recognised professional accounting qualification
• At least 6 - 8 years of relevant finance experience, including regional exposure in a multicultural environment
• Strong commercial finance or business partnering background, experience in facilities management, outsourced services, FMCG or pharmaceutical MNCs will be highly regarded
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling across multiple countries
• Confident, engaging communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Proactive, hands-on and able to work autonomously within a matrix organisation
• People leadership experience managing or coaching finance team members
• Regional travelling is required (10-15%)

Our client is a leading multinational services organisation with a strong presence across Asia Pacific. They are seeking a commercially minded Regional Commercial Finance Manager to be the finance lead their key regional client accounts.

This is a client-facing role. You will be the primary finance partner to both internal leadership and external client stakeholders. You will lead regional budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, track budgets and savings, and present financial performance at client review meetings. You will also support pricing reviews, commercial discussions and contract change management to ensure sustainable profitability.
