Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement commercial excellence strategies: Collaborate with regional sales and cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial initiatives.
  2. Sales enablement tools training: Conduct training sessions for CRM, Quotation, and Power BI platforms; promote adoption and continuous improvement.
  3. Performance monitoring and reporting: Establish KPIs, metrics, dashboards; generate reports to highlight insights and trends for management.
  4. Commercial operations optimization: Streamline processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Pipeline Management: Lead revenue and opportunity pipeline management, ensure accurate forecasting, analyze data for sales performance improvements.
  6. Support strategic projects: Participate in cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
  2. 3-5 years experience in Commercial Excellence, Process Design, or related areas.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM (Dynamics 365/SFDC), Power BI.
  4. Strong knowledge of Pipeline Management, Sales Process, and Commercial Excellence.
  5. Experience in training, change management, and regional teamwork is a plus.
  6. Experience in coatings, marine, oil & gas, industrial, or chemical sectors preferred.
  7. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
