Zusammenfassung

PERSOL is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee reviews and approvals across Sales, Product, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance and Legal. The role ensures timely execution of agreements and robust risk management.

You will draft and negotiate customer and supplier contracts, maintain comprehensive records, and contribute to template improvements while ensuring compliance with governing law and internal policies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant contract review/management experience.
• Experience reviewing customer and supplier agreements.
• Understanding of liability, indemnity, warranties, payment terms, IP, confidentiality, termination, governing law.
• Ability to interpret contractual requirements and assess material risks.
• Commercial judgement to propose practical solutions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating customer/supplier contracts.
• Experience in in-house legal/contract-management roles.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate input, reviews and approvals from Sales, Product, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance and Legal stakeholders.
• Review customer and supplier agreements, amendments, confidentiality agreements and other commercial documents.
• Maintain complete records of contract status, approval evidence, negotiation history and executed agreements.
• Assess legal, commercial, financial, operational and compliance risks, escalating material issues and non-standard provisions where appropriate.
• Provide preliminary comments, drafting suggestions and risk-mitigation recommendations in line with approved templates, policies and review guidelines.
• Work with relevant teams to understand transaction objectives, negotiation priorities and operational requirements.
• Support contract negotiations by balancing suitable risk protection with the timely completion of agreements.
• Track outstanding actions and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to meet agreed timelines.
• Contribute to improvements in contract templates, review procedures, workflows and training materials.
• Perform other contract-management and commercial-support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial contract review, contract management, paralegal support or an in-house legal or commercial function.
• Practical experience reviewing and supporting negotiations for customer and supplier agreements.
• Sound knowledge of common commercial contract provisions, including liability, indemnity, warranties, payment terms, intellectual property, confidentiality, termination, governing law and compliance obligations.
• Ability to interpret contractual requirements, identify material risks and distinguish significant issues from routine matters.
• Commercial judgement with the ability to recommend practical and proportionate solutions.
• Experience in an in-house legal, contract-management, paralegal, procurement-contracts or commercial-operations role involving contract drafting and negotiation.
• Ability to work within policies, approval matrices and regulatory requirements.
