Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible in overseeing the leasing of commercial properties in the bus interchanges managed by Go-Ahead Singapore.

  • Manage the end to end leasing process including site visits and coordinating fit-out requirements.

  • Negotiate lease terms, rental rates and renewal agreements in accordance with company polices.

  • Billing and collection of monthly rentals from the tenants.

  • Ensure any related rectification and retrofitting projects of the lease units are managed through structured planning and ensure timelines are met.

  • Prepare & manage related lease documentation.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, both external and internal in various capacities to ensure smooth day to day operations.

  • Analyze rental market trends and rental rates to ensure they remain competitive in the leasing market and protect stakeholder interest.

  • Undertake any necessary audits to ensure strict compliance with established processes and procedures.

  • Manage tenants/leasing agent feedback actively.

  • Ensure timely submission of documents as required by the company or the authorities.

  • Conduct regular safety inspections of shop tenants to ensure compliance.

  • In the presence of leasing agent, to manage the leasing agent to meet 1-7 above and to ensure timely receipt of the monthly rental from the leasing agent.

  • Supervise and ensure workplace safety and health risks are identified, assessed and controlled, and provide employees with information on compliance to workplace safety and health policies.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry is preferred. Candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong potential and possess transferable skills are also encouraged to apply.

  • Candidate must possess minimum degree. Preferably in Business Administration/Supply Chain Logistic/Real Estate or related field.

  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
