Team Introduction

We are looking for a Commerce & Measurement AdTech Partnerships Lead to join our Product Partnerships team, with a focus on accelerating the implementation and adoption of our partner solutions in CNOB and APAC region. Partnerships are a critical means of scaling interactions between TikTok users and businesses across the globe. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deploy internal and external programs and solutions designed to help businesses find success on TikTok. The team's culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and builders with an eye for what's next. You will work directly with our internal cross-functional partners, as well as 3rd-party companies in verticals. This role requires a combination of strong strategic thinking and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

- Define complex programs and ads integration paths with strategic commerce and measurement partners to enable TikTok advertising, commerce, and monetization at scale.

- Source and qualify new commerce partnerships in CNOB and the broader APAC region that fit into overall ads monetisation strategy.

- forIdentify opportunities to scale existing solutions to get more China Outbound and the broader APAC region advertisers onto TikTok.

- Represent TikTok in external meetings with executives from other companies and public events while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics.

Minimum Qualification

- Master's degree or above in Business Administration

- Over 5+ years of business development and partner management

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the advertisement industry, familiar with major media, commerce players and measurement solution providers in the market.

- Experience in budgeting and sales operations.

- Proven track record of presenting to internal and external audiences at all seniority levels, including effectively influencing C-level executives from both international and regional companies, and comfortable delivering business presentations in both English and Mandarin to external stakeholders

- Quantitative/analytical experience.

- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential for effectively engaging and liaising with external stakeholders in the CNOB market, as well as collaborating across the wider APAC region.

Preferred Qualification

- Experience in ad data product management.

- Good knowledge of TikTok ads product family.

- Korean language skill is a plus for liaising with the Korean market
