Job Description:
Royal Security is seeking a Command Centre Controller to support our centralised security operations. This role is based at our headquarters and involves monitoring security systems, coordinating manpower deployment, and responding to site issues in real-time. Ideal for individuals with strong situational awareness, communication skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining operational flow. Training will be provided for all systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV and security systems for live updates from deployment sites
• Identify and escalate incidents to relevant supervisors promptly
• Track officer attendance and ensure site coverage is maintained
• Activate relief officers to cover shortfalls when needed
• Maintain clear communication with ground officers and management
• Record incident logs and prepare shift handover reports

Work Hours:
Rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays) – 6 days work week (day night)
