Job Title: Technical Officer

Job Function: Repair and Maintenance, Maintenance Management and Supervision, Administrative Support

Job Description & Requirements:

Provide maintenance and support services for client systems, including:

  • Coordinating and managing maintenance activities during duty hours
  • Performing defect management and reporting for maintenance equipment
  • Overseeing repair and maintenance work performed by client-appointed contractors at system sites, including corrective and preventive maintenance
  • Coordinating repair/maintenance activities, resources, and information with contractors, including scheduling preventive and corrective tasks
  • Performing standby duty at client operation centers for immediate fault response, system health monitoring, and daily checks
  • Working rotating shifts (12 hours)
  • Attending to faults raised by operations users and providing technical support, keeping users updated on fault status
  • Monitoring and reporting faults, alarms, and alerts of electronic equipment and systems to the maintenance contractor
  • Supporting the client in managing maintenance-related information

Working Hours (including meal hours):

  • 12-hour Day shift – 0900 – 2130 hrs
  • 12-hour Night shift – 2100 – 0930 hrs (next day)
  • Average of 15-16 workdays per month, subject to ad hoc adjustments for work activities during daytime and weekdays
