Job description

Seeking Singaporean to join as Comcenter Operations Level 1 Operator at SATCC work site on 1 year Contract renewable assignment.

Work hours: 12hrs rotating shift

What you get: up to 3800 Basic Salary + Shift Allowance (Average 200-300 a month) + 1 month Completion Bonus + Group Insurance Coverage + Leave Entitlements

The Comcenter Operations Level 1 Operator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day AMHS operations, performing fault rectification, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role involves working in 12-hour shifts, preparing log reports, and consolidating monthly performance reports to ensure seamless communication and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations and Monitoring

o Perform Level 1 operational tasks, including monitoring systems and equipment for abnormalities.

o Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) to manage alerts and resolve first-level incidents.

o Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Level 2 teams or appropriate personnel.

2. Fault Rectification

o Diagnose and troubleshoot basic system faults and technical issues.

o Apply corrective measures to restore normal operations within defined timelines.

o Collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring or critical issues.

3. Reporting and Documentation

o Maintain accurate and detailed operational log reports during shifts.

o Consolidate and prepare comprehensive monthly reports summarizing key operational metrics, fault trends, and resolutions.

4. Communication and Coordination

o Act as a point of contact during operational shifts for updates, escalations, and notifications.

o Ensure seamless handover of duties and information between shifts.

5. Compliance and Standards

o Adhere to organizational and regulatory standards for system operations and fault management.

o Participate in periodic reviews and audits of operational processes.

Key Requirements

Minimum ITE Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.

• Experience: Prior experience in system monitoring, operations, or technical troubleshooting

• Skills:

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Proficiency in using monitoring and reporting tools.
