The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Role Overview:

Join SPX Express as a Collection Point Relationship Manager and play a key role in ensuring seamless last-mile delivery operations. In this role, you’ll be the primary liaison between SPX Express and our network of collection points, fostering strong partnerships, resolving operational challenges, and optimising performance to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for SPX service points, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Troubleshooting: Be the point of contact and execute problem solving for collection point issues, such as billing discrepancies, stuck parcels, and other operational challenges, to minimise losses and ensure smooth operations.
  • Performance Management: Analyse collection point performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to scale operation to meet the demand.
  • Partner Support: Ensure new partners are well-equipped and knowledgeable about processes and standards.
  • Periodic Partner Visits: Conduct periodic site visits to review partner performance. Assess partner operations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in relationship management, customer service, operations, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in last-mile delivery operations is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong partnerships.
