Responsibilities

• Collection management, operation and project management.
• Implement service strategies and service improvement.
• Conduct Performance Review including ensuring adherence to the Service Level Agreement.
• Team building and management.
• Maintain strong and cordial relationship with all clients.
• Customer sales and services advocacy.
• Familiar with MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing (OSPAR).
• System implementation, integration and management.
• Any other ad hoc duties / projects assigned.
