Job description

Collection/Account Receivable Specialist
    As an Enrollment/Billing Senior Representative, you will be responsible for submitting 10-day demand letters to leadership, carrying out specific delegated tasks assigned by management, conducting research to identify trends and implementing methods to enhance results, investigating and resolving problems by negotiating with internal/external customers, and collaborating to resolve moderately complex issues with sales, credit, and cash teams. Your prior experience in collections and account receivables, particularly in a B2B setting, will be valuable for this role. Knowledge of SAP and AS400 is preferred, along with familiarity with TPS/Gate paid tools and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Previous healthcare industry experience is advantageous.Your success in this role will rely on your skills in time management, communication, attention to detail, empathy, negotiation, problem-solving, being detail-oriented, and skip tracing. The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and communicate clearly and empathetically with customers will be essential for this position. An Associate's degree is required for this role.This is a remote position with two potential shifts: 8:30am-5:30pm EST or 10am-7pm EST. The initial contract is for 3 months with the possibility of an extension. Training will be conducted remotely from 8:30am-5:30pm EST.
