Qualifications
- Proven experience in operational management in a retail or food service environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop.
- Provide excellent customer service and manage staff performance.
- Train and supervise coffee shop staff.
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop.
Ensure that the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs if necessary. - Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address any customer complaints or issues promptly.
Ensure all staff members deliver a high level of customer service.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about menu items. - Staff Supervision: Train, supervise, and schedule coffee shop staff.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
Ensure all staff follow company policies and procedures. - Additional Requirement: Must be able to handle management of more than 1 outlet.
