Job summary
A leading F&B management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced candidate to handle administrative matters, conduct sales and audit checks, and manage training and maintenance for outlets. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in the F&B industry and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills under pressure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the F&B industry.
- Resourceful and capable of handling pressure.
Responsibilities
- Be well-informed in administrative matters of tenants.
- Conduct daily sales and audit checks.
- Provide on-job training and plan duty rosters.
- Ensure the respective outlets adhere to hygiene SOP.
- Ensure outlet maintenance.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory stocks check.
- Take note of customers' preferences and report to Head.
