Job summary

A leading coffee equipment company in Singapore is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide support for coffee machines. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, performing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience in machine maintenance and strong problem-solving skills. A technical certification is preferred, along with a Class 3 Driving License.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in coffee machine maintenance or a related technical role preferred.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site service and support.

Job Description
  • Provide technical support to sales team including but not limited to coffee machine demos, events, workshops etc.
  • Provide technical insights or knowledge to support sales presentations and customer engagements.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on proper usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting of coffee machines.
  • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for coffee machines and related equipment.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance services both on-site and off-site to enhance machine longevity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure delivery of high-quality and professional aftersales service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor spare parts stock holding and initiate replenishment and ordering of spare parts.
  • Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and service reports.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Prior experience in coffee machine maintenance, repair, or a related technical role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Ability to communicate with customers effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site service and support when required.
  • Technical certification or relevant training in mechanical or electrical servicing is an advantage.
  • Possess Class 3 Driving License is preferred.
  • Singaporeans preferred
