big short coffee is expanding and seeking new team members for the Coffee Crew. The role offers a 30-hour work week and weekend shifts to keep the service lively and fast-paced. You will be welcomed into a small, energetic team focused on memorable guest experiences.

We value a great personality and enthusiasm to learn as you grow with us while exploring creative coffee techniques and flavours.

Qualifications

• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Great personality and willingness to learn.
• Weekend availability.
• Commitment for at least 6 consecutive months.
• Able to speak with guests and share what we do.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily Coffee Crew duties and guest experience.

Coffee Crew

• 30-hour work week

• Must be able to work weekends

we're looking for someone with a great personality, someone who enjoys speaking with guests and sharing what we do. we'll guide you as you learn new techniques and explore the future of coffee together.
