Love coffee as much as we do? Our Tiong Bahru Bakery Eng Hoon café is getting a bold new look — and we’re looking for baristas with passion, personality, and plenty of caffeine energy to join the crew!

Be part of the first-ever TBB concept store, where you’ll pull perfect espresso shots, pour silky latte art, and serve up good vibes with every cup.

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know through hands-on training — all you need is enthusiasm and a love for great coffee.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Brew and craft quality coffee beverages with care and precision
• Deliver warm, thoughtful service that makes every guest’s visit memorable
• Keep the bar and café neat, organized, and welcoming
• Collaborate with your teammates to keep the energy buzzing through busy shifts
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
• Stay curious and keep learning — because every cup teaches something new!

What We’re Looking For

• 44-hour, 5-day work week
• Comfortable working weekends and public holidays
• Basic coffee knowledge is a plus, but not required — passion counts most!
