Key Responsibilities

1. Organizational Strategy & Global Expansion Enablement
  • Develop global HR strategies and annual execution plans to support multi-country chain growth, with a focus on Europe, Middle East, and remote teams.
  • Establish scalable cross-border collaboration frameworks, driving standardization while respecting local dynamics.
2. Talent Acquisition & Localization
  • Build a full-stack recruitment infrastructure for functional roles (compliance, marketing, operations, etc.), integrating HQ and local pipelines.
  • Design the Global Talent Growth Pathway: from Intern → Country Manager → Regional Lead.
  • Launch a “Local Core Partner Mechanism” that aligns incentives (e.g., equity, tokens, profit-sharing) with long-term commitment and ownership mindset.
3. Performance & Rewards System Design
  • Implement a two-tiered performance framework for Country Leads + Local Teams, promoting fairness, accountability, and transparency.
  • Champion a culture of continuous feedback and behavioral alignment rooted in ownership and operational excellence.
4. Culture Integration & Local Alignment
  • Lead the localization of global values and drive the formation of a “Regional Culture Sub-brand” in each market.
  • Bridge cultural gaps across geographies to ensure consistency in leadership behavior and frontline experience.
5. Training & Leadership Development
  • Develop a comprehensive training architecture across SOPs, technical skills, and role transitions for local teams.
  • Co-design and run a “Country Manager Leadership Bootcamp” with Operations, nurturing next-gen frontline leaders.
  • Support talent succession planning to strengthen the business bench across regional units.
6. Data-Driven Organizational Insights
  • Build a unified HR analytics dashboard to monitor organizational health metrics and inform decision-making.
  • Enable performance improvement and transformation projects through data-informed HR interventions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally within chain-based or franchise-style businesses (F&B, retail, crypto exchanges, or hospitality).
  • Strong knowledge of global and EU labor laws, compliance procedures, and recruitment ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale multi-country HR operations, balancing global standards with local agility.
  • Deep expertise across core HR domains: recruitment, learning & development, performance, culture, and incentive design.
  • Exceptional cross-cultural communication, execution capability, and organizational sensitivity.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is a must; additional language proficiency or experience in distributed teams is a plus.
  • Experience with Haidilao-style management practices — such as frontline empowerment, high-touch service culture, and reward-driven team building — is a strong plus.
