Job description

Job Description

Are you passionate about sustainability, climate tech, and maritime innovation? Here’s your chance to co-found a venture redefining emissions control at sea—by bringing high-efficiency carbon capture technology directly onboard.

Our startup is building the world’s first plug-and-play carbon capture system tailored for the maritime industry—compact, scalable, and engineered to meet the world’s toughest emissions regulations without disrupting vessel operations.

Backed by top-tier research, a patent-pending membrane technology, and a proven founding team, we’re charting a new course in decarbonization—starting at sea.

The Opportunity

Join as Business Co-Founder and help take a lab-validated innovation to global deployment.

This carbon capture module is:

  • 90% smaller than conventional solutions.
  • 80% more cost-effective.
  • 90% more energy efficient.

This solution targets a massive emissions problem (3% of global CO₂) in a highly regulated, hard-to-abate industry, and it has already caught the interest of major shipping players.

What You’ll Do

  • Co-lead the venture’s business and commercial strategy from day one.
  • Drive go-to-market plans, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
  • Help with fundraising and investor relations with deep-tech and climate funds.
  • Manage industry collaborations—especially with shipowners, logistics firms, and port authorities.
  • Represent the company at maritime events, regulatory discussions, and investor pitches.

Who We’re Looking For

You might be the right fit if you:

  • Have experience in maritime, sustainability, carbon markets, or clean tech.
  • Understand the shipping ecosystem—regulations, operations, and economics.
  • Are driven to build from scratch and shape a venture with global impact.
  • Have networks in logistics, F&B, ports, shipowners, or climate finance.

Why Join?

  • Be a founding leader in a $22B+ market with high regulatory urgency.
  • Access funding and industry networks through elite venture programs.
  • Build a solution that’s not just climate-smart, but operationally seamless.
  • Deploy in one of the world’s busiest ports—and scale globally.

If you're ready to change the way maritime shipping tackles emissions, let’s talk.
