With a focus on affordability, flexibility, and sustainability, we provide end-to-end solutions, including transportation, installation, and maintenance. We are now expanding into refurbished products and launching a selling platform next year. We seek a passionate and driven individual to join as a Cofounder to lead either our Technology or Finance function.Role Overview:As a Cofounder - Tech or Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Voorents strategic direction, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be part of the core leadership team, taking ownership of critical business functions while collaborating closely with the existing founding team.Key Responsibilities:Depending on your expertise, you will lead either Technology or Finance at Voorent.If Tech-Focused: Lead product and technology strategy to scale the business. Oversee the development and enhancement of our digital platform (React.js, Java Spring, PostgreSQL/MySQL). Build and manage the tech team, ensuring seamless platform performance and customer experience. Drive innovation in AI, automation, and analytics for business optimization. Ensure cybersecurity, scalability, and reliability of all tech infrastructure.If Finance-Focused: Develop and execute financial strategies, ensuring profitability and cash flow management. Lead fundraising efforts, investor relations, and financial modeling. Manage budgets, cost structures, and unit economics. Oversee compliance, risk management, and financial reporting. Implement robust financial controls and optimize revenue streams.What We Are Looking For: For Tech: Experience in building and scaling tech platforms, preferably in a startup environment. For Finance: Strong background in finance, fundraising, or startup financial management. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation. Leadership experience with the ability to build and inspire teams. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Prior experience in a high-growth startup, rental business, or e-commerce is a plus.
