About Us:

At Trivex Growth Solutions, we are on a mission to empower India's youth with vital 21st-century skills: public speaking and effective communication. We are building an online training platform collaborating with schools and colleges across India to nurture confident, articulate, and future-ready individuals.

Having conducted pilot programs and received strong institutional interest, we are now seeking a visionary Co-founder who can invest capital and join our leadership team to elevate Trivex to the next level.

What We're Looking For:

We seek a driven, strategic, and passionate individual to join as a Co-founder with an investment of 25 Lakh for 15% equity. This role is ideal for someone who:

1. Believes in the power of education and communication skills for young minds
2. Has an entrepreneurial mindset and aims to build and scale an impact-driven EdTech startup
3. Can contribute on the business side (sales, growth, operations) or product side (content, tech, platform strategy)
4. Is ready to get hands-on, build from the ground up, and lead with a long-term vision
5. Has previous experience in EdTech, training, or education-based startups (preferred, but not mandatory)

Your Responsibilities:

1. Co-lead the company's vision, strategy, and execution
2. Strengthen partnerships with educational institutions
3. Expand outreach and scale operations across new markets
4. Build a strong content and delivery team
5. Collaborate with tech/product teams to refine the online training platform
6. Participate in decision-making and investor interactions
