Our mission is to drive financial inclusion and empower underserved businesses to thrive.Role DescriptionThe CSO will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, leading sales and marketing efforts, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the alignment of business strategies with organizational goals. The role is based in Bengaluru and it is Equity-Only role until funding is secured.What We're Looking For: Experience in MSME lending in Bangalore Deep familiarity with the Bangalore FMCG ecosystem. Lead all field operations including retailer onboarding, collections, and loan servicing. Proven track record of scaling teams and driving execution in field sales. A doer with entrepreneurial gritready to roll up sleeves and lead from the front. Represent MoneyWells growth story to investors, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
