Job summary

You will interpret mechanical drawings, set up CNC turning tools, follow production plans, and ensure in-process measurements meet quality standards in a semiconductor-friendly environment.

Candidates should contribute to 5S workplace discipline and collaborate across shifts to maintain operational efficiency and product

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably CNC Turning Machine and precision engineering background.
• Experience in metal fabrication and semiconductor industry.
• Able to interpret mechanical drawings.
• Set up tools for machine operation in CNC turning.
• Follow production plan to maintain operation efficiency.
• Carry out in-process measurements to ensure product quality.
• Monitor processes and machines; report deviations.
• Maintain 5S in the workplace.
• Document actions to maintain teamwork.

• Has preferably CNC Turning Machine and Precision Engineering background

• Has relevant experience in the metal fabrication, semi-conductor industry

• Able to interpret Mechanical Drawing

• Set-up individual tools for machine operation in CNC Turning Machine

• Work according to the production plan and to maintain operation efficiency

• Carry out in process measurements and to maintain product quality

• Monitor process/machines and troubleshoot/report any deviations to respective personnel

• Maintain the cleanliness of the work place according to company 5S Policy

• Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions
