Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd, located in Loyang, Singapore, is seeking a CNC Programmer to join our precision engineering team. This permanent role involves converting drawings and 3D models into CNC programs and supporting setup and production activities across 2- to 5-axis machining.

The ideal candidate has Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in engineering, strong Mastercam skills, and knowledge of GD&T and tooling parameters. This role is based in Loyang with standard 5-day weeks.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in engineering field.
• Proficient in Mastercam for CNC programming.
• Able to read drawings, GD&T and specs.

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic + VB

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify CNC programs using Mastercam.
• Convert engineering drawings and 3D models into CNC machining programs.
• Select suitable tools and machining parameters.
• Simulate and check toolpaths to prevent collisions and machining errors.
• Support CNC machinists during machine setup and production.
• Improve machining efficiency and reduce cycle time.
• Maintain CNC program documents and revision records.

Qualifications, Requirements and Skills

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Proficient in using Mastercam for CNC programming.
• Able to create 2-axis, 3-axis, 4-axis or 5-axis toolpaths, depending on job requirements.
• Good knowledge of CNC milling and turning operations.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings, GD&T and technical specifications.
• Familiar with cutting tools, feeds and speeds, work holding and machining methods.
• Experience with CNC controls such as FANUC, Siemens or Haas is an advantage.
• Able to troubleshoot and improve CNC programs to support productivity and quality.
