CNC PROGRAMMER

(Furniture Manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Interpret customer drawings to our production drawing.
2. Develop new CNC programs to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding milling for production runs.
3. Improve CNC program efficiency by optimizing tool paths and reducing cycle times.
4. Perform quality checks with the machine operator to ensure the program is producing parts according to specifications.
5. Communicate with supervisors, engineers, production, quality control and other personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.
6. Continually maintain the CNC programming database.

Job Requirements:

1. Familiar with machining process of CNC Milling and Rover Machining Centre.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably specializing in wood furniture manufacturing/production operations or equivalent.
