Job summary

GD Precision Pte Ltd is seeking a CNC Operator to set machines for First Article based on customer prints, tolerances, and dimensions. The role includes assisting the machine operator to reach targets and potentially editing programs for different machines.

Experience with CNC vertical mills (Fanuc controls, DMG a plus) is preferred. You will work closely with Production Planner to align with the plan and collaborate with Engineers to drive continuous improvement, reducing cycle times and

Responsibilities

• Responsible of setting the machine to meet the First Article base on the customer print, tolerance, and dimensions.
• Responsible of assisting the Machine operator to meet their goals.
• Responsible to edit program to suit different machines will be preferred
• Operates Computer Numerical Control (CNC) vertical mills Fanuc Controls , DMG controls would be a plus.
• Works closely with the Production Planner to meet the plan
• Work with the Engineers to achieve Continuous Improvement of parts to improve the cycle time.
• Align the goals with the Production Manager / Supervisor.
