Operating and setup up CNC machines. Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required. Prepare and update CNC programs. Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc. Perform machine troubleshooting and periodic preventive maintenance of all machines. Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects. Performs cleaning and maintenance of 5S practices. Job Requirements: At least 3 years of experience with CAD/CAM. At least 5 years of CNC Machining experience. Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing.
