Job description

Program and perform test cuts for new products, as well as improve existing production parts.

Prepare NC programs, including tooling design and selection, for 5-axis milling on materials such as Aluminium, Titanium, and Inconel 718.

Develop probe programs for error proofing, datum setting, and dimensional checks.

Manage machining cycle times within targets, covering in-machine activities such as probing, machining, and cutter checks.

Monitor and control overall machining costs, taking into account cycle times and cutter usage.

Collaborate with the MRB team to troubleshoot non-conformance issues.

Requirements:
