Job summary

Job Express Services Pte Ltd is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician in Boon Lay, Singapore. You will perform regular maintenance on CNC machines, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinate with production to maximise machine uptime.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on CNC maintenance experience and familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controls. Safety compliance and accurate maintenance records are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on CNC maintenance
• Familiar with Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi CNC systems
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and inspection of CNC machines (lathe, milling, etc.)
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues in CNC equipment
• Replace or repair defective components, such as servo motors, ball screws, spindles, etc.
• Maintain and calibrate CNC machines to ensure machining precision
• Work closely with the production and engineering team to ensure machine uptime
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Comply with safety standards and company policies at all times

Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician (ID4686)

Location: Boon Lay

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Work on 3 Saturdays per month, off on 1 Saturday)

Salary : $3000-$4000
