Job summary

HR FOCUS in Tuas, Singapore, is hiring for a Full-Time CNC Machinist. You will set up and operate CNC machines, perform in-process quality checks, and ensure parts meet specifications.

The role requires 1–2 years of CNC experience, metalworking background preferred, and willingness to work rotating shifts including mornings and nights. Benefits include shift allowance, OT claim, medical coverage and a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience setting CNC machines.
• Preferably with metalworking experience.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines according to instructions and procedures.
• Operate workshop machines such as milling, turning, and grinding for spring coiling tools.
• Ensure parts meet specifications using proper measuring tools and perform in-process quality checks.
• Label parts correctly and take immediate action on non-conforming items; work with QA on rejections.
• Prevent non-conforming parts from moving to other departments and guide Operators to avoid repeated issues.
• Troubleshoot machines and carry out routine maintenance.
• Draw and load raw materials and ensure production targets are met.
• Maintain machines, tools, and workplace housekeeping.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Superior.

Position: Full-Time
MRT: Short walking distance to MRT
Salary: Up to $2,800
Benefits: Shift Allowance + OT Claim + Medical + Bonus
Rotating Shift -
Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM
