CNC Machinist

Job Descriptions:

1. Set up, operate CNC lathes and perform basic daily maintenance.
2. Handle/Shift of Parts/Equipment involving the use of lifting equipment (Jib Cranes, Overhead Cranes, Lifting Tables, Pallet Jacks, Trolley, etc.).
3. Understand the respective Process sheet, OWI, HIRADC, EAI, etc. with guidance and OJT.
4. Meet daily production output.
5. Perform In-Process Inspection as per Process Sheet.
6. Perform Daily Housekeeping & 5S.
7. Comply with Company Policies, Security Regulations, and EHS Regulations.
8. Train Operators/Technicians after gaining experience.
9. General Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Higher/NITEC in Precision Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
2. Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
3. Knowledge of cutting tool selection, speeds, and feeds for different materials.
4. Experience in quality inspection using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
6. Prefer candidates with Forklift License.
7. Will require work shift.
