CNC Machinist

Job Description

1. Machine parts to specifications using CNC milling machine, sharpers or grinders.
2. Measure, examine and test completed units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments such as micrometers.
3. Set up, adjust and operate all basic machine tools in order to perform precision machining operations.
4. Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials onto machines.
5. Monitor feed and speed of machines during machining process.
6. Study sample parts, drawings and engineering information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate products, determine product dimensions and tolerances.
7. Perform machine maintenance after the work completion.
8. Other reasonable assignments arranged by immediate superior.

Experience Required:

• With CNC Machining Knowledge.
• Minimum 1 to 2 Years Related Experience.
• Candidates with Turning, Milling using Mazak machines preferred.
• Able to Work Overtime.
