Job summary

EAGLE MANPOWER RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to read drawings, program and operate CNC lathes, and perform tool changes and retooling. The role requires independent setup, routine maintenance, and effective troubleshooting to ensure smooth production.

Successful candidate will maintain a clean and safe workspace, follow production schedules, and support ad-hoc tasks as directed by supervisors. This position is on-site in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specs.
• Perform CNC programming for lathe operations.
• Operate CNC lathe machines for turning, drilling, milling.
• Independently set up CNC machines and retooling.
• Perform daily machine maintenance and verify tools.
• Troubleshoot CNC lathe issues to minimize downtime.
