CNC Lead

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage CNC machining operations, including turning and milling, to ensure accuracy, productivity, and quality output.
2. Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machines, ensuring smooth operations with minimal downtime.
3. Integrate and manage robotic/cobot systems into production workflows to enhance automation and efficiency.
4. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and reduce cycle time.
5. Train and mentor junior CNC machinists, ensuring consistent knowledge and safety practices across the team.
6. Support continuous improvement projects, contributing ideas for smart manufacturing, process upgrades, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field
2. Hands-on experience in CNC turning/milling with strong CNC programming knowledge
3. Proven track record in robotic and cobot integration in a production environment
4. Familiar with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, NX, or SolidWorks
