Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist CMOS matching analysis and wafer edge performance study.
• Analyze manufacturing, metrology, inspection, and defect data to identify yield improvements.
• Develop automation, visualization, or AI-enabled tools for investigations.
• Prepare final technical reports and presentations.
