Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a technical field (CS/EE/ET/CE/Data Science).
• Strong Python fundamentals and ML basics.
• Experience with ML libraries and model evaluation is desirable.
• Interest in AI agents, LLMs, and automation for engineering workflows.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML models for semiconductor yield, reliability, and cycle-time improvement.
• Design Agentic AI prototypes to automate engineering analyses and reporting workflows.
• Prepare, clean, transform, and integrate engineering data for ML/AI workflows.
• Document approach, model evaluation, limitations, and next steps.
• Demonstrate findings through final presentation and stakeholder demos.
