About the Role

As a Senior Global Project Manager within our CMO Office, you’ll play a central role in driving large-scale, high-impact, strategic marketing initiatives across multiple regions. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong marketing project management expertise, solid market knowledge across APAC, EMEA, or LATAM, and a passion for working in a dynamic, globally connected team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global marketing projects from end to end, from campaign execution and rebranding rollouts to go-to-market strategy launches across various regions.
  • Partner with CMO, regional heads, product teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment, clear communication, and flawless delivery.
  • Build structured project plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, track milestones, and proactively identify risks or roadblocks.
  • Drive marketing operations excellence, optimize workflows, introduce scalable processes, and streamline reporting and governance.
  • Ensure consistency of brand, messaging, and execution quality across all regions while remaining sensitive to local market differences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree (MBA or Marketing specialization) is a plus.
  • 6–10 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in fintech, financial services, consulting, or digital/tech sectors.
  • Strong track record managing global or multi-regional marketing projects, including integrated campaigns, product marketing launches, or brand refreshes with measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, as you will engage closely with regional stakeholders, including those in Greater China.
