CMO / CEO – GameFi Startup | SGD 15K + Tokens

Game OR GameFi Experience is a must for this role!

We’re partnering with a fast-growing GameFi startup to find a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead their public presence and help scale the brand globally. You’ll be the external face of the company, representing them in industry conversations, AMAs, interviews, and more — especially across Web3 Twitter and other key public channels.

What You’ll Do

1. Be the public voice and thought leader of the company in panels, Twitter Spaces, AMAs, and interviews.
2. Build and maintain a strong presence on Twitter/X, engaging actively with relevant communities in Web3, AI, and gaming.
3. Establish and nurture relationships with industry leaders, KOLs, and potential partners.
4. Redirect incoming leads and partnership inquiries to the internal team while aligning external messaging with internal strategy.
5. Bring insights from the community back into the business to refine product and growth direction.
6. Work closely with the founding team, contributing to high-level brand and marketing alignment, while respecting the boundary between representation and decision-making.

What They’re Looking For

1. Strong background in Web3, Gaming, and/or AI — ideally a combination of these industries.
2. A visible personal brand or track record as a KOL on Twitter/X or similar platforms.
3. Experience speaking at public events, hosting community discussions, or engaging audiences in live formats.
4. Excellent communication and storytelling skills; you speak with both clarity and charisma.
5. Deep understanding of the Web3 gaming ecosystem and emerging AI trends.
6. Proven ability to represent a brand publicly while honoring internal strategy and confidentiality.
7. Connections in gaming guilds, alpha communities, or with crypto-native VCs.
8. Past experience as a KOL, advisor, or community builder in Web3.
9. Multilingual abilities (especially for regional growth).
10. Experience working with early-stage startups or building public-facing strategies from 0 → 1.
