• Support development engineers in introducing new processes.
• Advise on tooling and inspection gauges.
• Support automation of CMM inspection processes.

Job description

Compensation

Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus up 4 Months + Variable Allowances.

Schedule

4 days work week (8 hour shift only, not 12 hours). 4-2-4-2.

Timings: 6:30am - 4:15pm (Morning), 4pm - 1:45am (Afternoon).

Responsibilities

• Assess inspectability of features and develop CMM programs, including setup plans for CMM inspectors.
• Conduct CMM Measurement System Analysis (MSA) per RM13003 and perform inspections for FAIR Form 3 documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and inspectors to troubleshoot and interpret CMM measurement results.
• Document measurements and component conditions for OEM reporting and acceptance records.
• Support development engineers in introducing new processes, products, and capabilities.
• Advise on tooling, fixtures, and inspection gauges for new/existing products.
• Support automation of CMM inspection processes and digitization projects with OEMs.
