We are seeking a talented Software Quality Developer to join our dynamic Capital Market Department!

As a Software Quality Developer, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. You will work within a specific Delivery Team, collaborating closely with developers and other team members to ensure that our software meets the highest standards. You will be a champion for quality, driving continuous improvement efforts and ensuring that our testing processes are always efficient and effective.

Capital Markets IT involves technology solutions and systems used in financial markets for trading, investment, and related activities. This includes electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, market risk, counterparty risk, algorithmic trading, data analytics, and Regulatory measures. The use of advanced technologies like APIs, artificial intelligence, and cloud solutions are also becoming increasingly prevalent in capital markets to enhance efficiency and decision-making processes.

Main responsibilities

1. Research, design, and develop computer software or specialized utility programs.
2. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science.
3. Liaise with business analysts and development team for clarification and understanding of requirements.
4. Design and develop test code using a modern CI/CD pipeline.
5. Design and develop comprehensive quality assurance strategies and frameworks.
6. Design, develop, and implement automated testing systems to ensure reusability and efficiency.
7. Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements and design documentation.
8. Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
9. Analyze and track down error root causes, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
10. Promote and implement testing methodologies, aiming to identify and address defects early in the development lifecycle.
11. Support migration of existing on-premise applications or test cases to AWS cloud.
12. Provide technical support to other teams, assisting with internal system issues, proposing solutions, and contributing to data analysis.
13. Document all testing activities, including test results, discovered defects, and relevant observations. Prepare detailed reports for management and the Delivery Team.
