Main responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will lead and contribute to projects related to the maintenance and enhancement of solutions in collaboration with business users, developers, and IT support. This includes the entire cycle from requirement gathering, specifications, testing, to production delivery, with responsibilities such as:
- Leading workshops with business contacts for clarification and understanding of requirements.
- Analyzing functional impacts considering technical constraints with the help of technical leads.
- Preparing and presenting functional aspects of changes/evolutions to developers.
- Supporting the technical development team on functional aspects.
- Organizing and maintaining detailed functional documentation.
- Developing test strategies in coordination with the project manager and Business Analysts.
- Conducting continuous testing in the development environment for monitoring purposes.
- Supporting and coordinating User Acceptance Testing.
- Analyzing and resolving functional problems in collaboration with developers.

Qualifications and Profile
Mandatory:
- At least 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a financial organization.
- Experience with Capital Markets systems such as Summit, Murex, Calypso, Sophis, Front Arena, Kondor, Opics, or similar.
- Experience in Financial IRD products and Capital Market Back-Office environments, focusing on Settlement, Accounting, Regulatory, Reconciliation.
- Thorough experience in functional testing and validation of development.
- Hands-on technical experience with Linux, scripting, data models, and SQL.
Good to have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for team members and management.
- Ability to communicate clearly and coherently.
- Experience working with multicultural teams.
- Experience with Back Office systems like Summit or Calypso, or Front-Office or Market Risk.
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Project, Visio, Jira, GIT.
- Understanding of UML.
