Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages a network of childcare centres .

• Oversee the operations of the centres including Student Recruitment, Publicity and Promotional Activities, Curriculum Planning

• Provides leadership to Principals in the areas of strategic planning, development, execution, and management of programmes and projects.

• Holds a strong understanding of licensing and SPARK requirements, offering guidance and coaching to Principals to ensure compliance. Regularly visits centres to conduct evaluations and audits, and oversees the daily operations of centres requiring additional support.

• Drive alignment to the organizational vision, mission and values across the Cluster.

• Oversee the budget and finances of the Centre in alignment with the organization's strategic direction

• Review manpower plans across the Cluster

• Review and mentor teachers’ preparations on lesson evaluations/reflections and children’s portfolios

Job Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education and a Diploma in Leadership.

• Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, with adaptability to work with various age groups.

• At least 5 years of relevant supervisory and cluster mentorship experience in a childcare setting.
