About the Role:

As a Cluster Head - Business & Partnerships, you will expand Teachmint's reach in your region by crafting strategies and building relationships to ensure our mission touches every corner. We seek a motivated, customer-focused sales professional with a strong understanding of hardware products tailored to educational institutions.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and onboard partners in your territory, ensuring partner activation.
  2. Coordinate with sales teams, institutes, and partners to facilitate communication and drive closures.
  3. Visit partners regularly to maintain a steady flow of leads.
  4. Shadow partners on sales pitches and demos as needed.
  5. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the education market and meet revenue goals.
  6. Ensure timely training of partner teams.
  7. Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored solutions.
  8. Target educational institutions such as schools, colleges, and universities.
  9. Design regional strategies to maximize business per partner.
  10. Present product demos, proposals, and quotations to prospective partners.
  11. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sale terms according to company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven success in hardware sales, preferably in education.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging tech in education.
