  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing menus as well as with the Marketing team to generate awareness and promoting the F&B outlets and menu specials.

  • Ensure menu offerings align with customer preferences and dietary trends.

  • Manage and optimize F&B budgets, including cost control measures to maximize profitability.

  • Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to create a secure environment for both staff and customers.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Maintain a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and addressing customer feedback promptly.

  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience and customer loyalty.
