Job summary

BIOTRONIK is seeking a Cloud Test Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of cloud-based software solutions for medical devices. The role collaborates with software, product, and QA teams to develop tests and automate frameworks, with a focus on performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Test Engineer is preferable.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit and Gherkin.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience from the healthcare or medical device industry would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Cloud-based software solutions, ensuring thorough testing coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and quality assurance professionals, to identify and address software defects.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for cloud-based applications to enhance testing efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct performance testing, load testing, and stress testing of Cloud-based software systems to ensure optimal performance under various conditions.
• Work closely with regulatory affairs and compliance teams to ensure testing proceccess align with industry standards and regulations.
