Job summary

Visa Hunt invites applications for a Cloud Support Engineer to maintain mission-critical Windows, Linux, and virtualization infrastructure across large enterprise environments. The role offers exposure to secure, high-availability platforms and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders on deployments and upgrades.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in infrastructure or cloud support, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with enterprise Windows/Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in infrastructure support, systems administration or cloud support.
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise or regulated environments will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure and enterprise platforms.
• Support Linux servers (Ubuntu and Red Hat Enterprise Linux).
• Perform server maintenance, operating system patching and health checks.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve production incidents.
• Support enterprise virtualization platforms including Nutanix AHV, VMware and Citrix.
• Implement approved changes while following established change management processes.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation and security compliance activities.
• Support backup and recovery operations using enterprise backup solutions.
• Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders on deployments, upgrades and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational records.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining mission‑critical infrastructure across Windows, Linux and virtualisation platforms. This role offers exposure to enterprise technologies, secure environments and large‑scale infrastructure operations.
