Qualifications

8+ years in technology industry with focus on startups, including leadership roles
Deep understanding of cloud computing architectures, services, and best practices and knowledge of generative AI technologies
Ability to evaluate and guide early-stage and scaling companies
Proven track record developing and executing business initiatives that drive measurable outcomes
Bachelor's degree in technical or technical management or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Execute and drive initiatives with venture firms, develop investor-focused programs that accelerate portfolio company success
Design and implement solutions addressing startup and investor needs
Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives involving AWS Startups, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
Track program effectiveness and provide insights based on feedback and results
Gather early-stage market signals from investors and founders to inform AWS innovation
