We are seeking a skilled and innovative Modern Work + Security Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of SaaS services, mainly M365. You will work closely with our team to ensure our clients’ Microsoft environments are secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective.

Cloud Solutions Specialist – Microsoft Azure track

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Azure Cloud Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructures hosted on Microsoft Azure. You will work closely with our team to ensure our clients’ Azure environments are secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective.

Requirements

Senior/Junior Cloud Solutions Specialist – Microsoft 365 track

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to assess business needs and align M365 and security solutions with organizational goals.
• Design, implement, and support solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Defender Suite, and Purview.
• Lead migrations and deployments to M365 cloud services.
• Configure and manage compliance, security policies, and governance.
• Implement and monitor security policies including conditional access and DLP.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell or Graph API.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
• Stay updated with Microsoft 365 developments and best practices.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft 365 in a consulting or enterprise setting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Defender Suite.
• Strong knowledge of identity management, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, SC-300, MD-102, MS-500) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture principles.
• Familiarity with Security and Compliance Center.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Azure Track Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize scalable, secure cloud solutions on Azure.
• Implement core Azure services like VMs, App Services, Virtual Networks, and more.
• Manage Azure security using best practices including RBAC, Azure Policy, and Entra ID.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell or Azure CLI.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Troubleshoot Azure infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate migration of workloads to Azure.
• Document configurations and procedures.

Azure Key Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Cloud Engineer or System Administrator focusing on Azure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Certifications such as AZ-104 and AZ-305 preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure networking, security, and monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages for Azure management.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions in Azure.
