Job summary

A technology solutions company based in Singapore is looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant with expertise in Azure DevOps and container technologies. The successful candidate will design and deliver tailored solutions, provide technical support to clients, and collaborate with the sales team to drive business success. Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably with a focus on Microsoft solutions and containerization.
• Strong technical knowledge of Azure DevOps, container technologies, and related areas for CI/CD.
• Professional certification in DevOps or Containerization (e.g. Certified Kubernetes Administrator) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Azure DevOps and Automation solutions tailored to requirements.
• Provide technical consultation and support to customers and prospects, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and resolving their issues.
• Advise and assess existing DevOps processes and provide recommendations and solutions for implementation and improvement on CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Provide guidance on infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities and assist them in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
• Provide feedback and insights to the product team on customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and product enhancement suggestions.
• Provide enablement trainings to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably with a focus on Microsoft solutions and containerization.
• Strong technical knowledge of Azure DevOps, Container technologies (Azure Kubernetes Services), Git, Docker, Jenkins and related areas for CI/CD.
• In-depth knowledge in UNIX and Linux systems.
• Professional certification in DevOps or Containerization (e.g. Certified Kubernetes Administrator) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
