About the role

• Advocate of Cloud Native Technology
• Work with customers to understand their current state from infra, apps, database to develop future cloud environment strategies
• Hands-on experience with Proof Of Concept development
• Advise customers on cloud strategy
• Explain to clients how data in the cloud is secured
• Assist in project delivery from architecture, design, to implementation, integrating capabilities into existing environments, from infrastructure to applications

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing private, public, or hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions
• Completed at least 3 cloud migration projects
• Strong AWS/Azure cloud concepts and hands-on experience with cloud services
• Experience designing Multi-Cloud services
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, cloud native patterns, container management, and cloud computing capabilities, especially Azure
• Strong background in Linux/Unix and/or Windows administration; understanding of networking and core Internet Protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and routing in distributed networks
• Understanding of various IT infrastructures and application stacks
• Utilize cloud security controls, network boundary controls, and related tools
• Understanding of agile software development and DevOps concepts, including Infrastructure-as-Code using Azure Resource Manager templates or CloudFormation
• Advising customers on best practices while maintaining high customer service standards
• Experience scripting in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#/.NET
• Additional advantage if experienced in private cloud or cloud strategy/assessment work for clients in the Financial Services or Insurance industries
• Added advantage if certified as an Enterprise Architect
