A leading Technology Solutions Provider in Singapore is seeking a Cloud Service Delivery Manager to oversee operations across AWS and Azure. You will be responsible for managing service delivery, ensuring compliance, and driving performance improvements while collaborating with key teams and maintaining high operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in cloud service delivery/operations.
• Strong grasp of monitoring tools (e.g. CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) and familiarity with ITIL practices and DevOps environments.
• Experience in cost governance/FinOps is a plus.

• Own and manage cloud service delivery across multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure), ensuring uptime, security, and performance.
• Monitor cloud environments using tools like CloudWatch or Azure Monitor to identify and resolve incidents proactively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Engineering teams to maintain high operational standards.
• Lead service reviews with clients, sharing insights, metrics, and driving improvements.
• Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and cloud cost optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory frameworks while maintaining documentation and audit readiness.
